Evaluations & Team Formation  * NEW *

Timbits & U9: No Evaluations.

U11-U17: Evaluations will be held for each Division that has enough athletes registered to form more than one team.

Evaluation results will be sent to respective coaches to provide insight into each athlete's skills and abilities.

The NESA board will be forming balanced teams based on evaluation results.

A board member with an athlete registered to play with NESA will excuse themselves from the team formation process for their respective Division.

Efforts will be made to select Head Coaches prior to evaluations. Head Coaches may select Assistant Coaches after teams have been formed.

Friend request policy:

  • Fielding position athletes may request one friend during the registration process. The friend request must be mutual.
  • Pitcher/Catcher athletes may request one friend during the registration process. The friend request must be mutual. The friend may not be a pitcher or catcher.
  • NESA will make every effort to honor friend requests, however there may be circumstances where it is not possible to accommodate the request.

The Friend Request is not a mandatory field. This is a space for those who would like us to consider a friend request for a specific reason - transportation issues, etc.
